In the hilly area we offer various plots of land with warehouses for a total of approx. 50 located at an average altitude of 150 m. above sea level (from approximately 80 to 200 m), in the immediate hinterland of the town with a surprising panoramic view. From the geological investigation it is revealed that the land is drained by small watercourses which originate at the immediately higher altitudes and which flow down into the plain above the town of Porto Azzurro, the sloping land has been worked to crags for exploitation for planting and fruit and vegetable cultivation as well as, given its exposure to the sun, for viticulture and occupies a total area of ​​42,00 m2. In the 1950s the area was exploited as an agricultural and commercial activity until 1994, producing honey and hive derivatives, raising chickens, rabbits, sheep, growing vegetables, fodder, strawberries, marketing honey and hive derivatives not produced on site, participating in the markets of the various towns on the island, as well as in several national events on the continent. The exposure of the property is particularly favorable for viticulture plants for obtaining the ALEATICO DOC.
